TERMS & CONDITIONS:

- 160 Hours of work/month

- Usage beyond 160 hours is charged at $12.48/hour at the end of each month to the card on file.

- Unused hours do not carry over to the next month, because your VA is prepared for all of your hours each month.

- We hold your Virtual Assistants to a 99% accuracy standard. A portion of your monthly payment covers Account Management and Quality Assurance for your team and VA, so you do not need to double-check work or manage and train your VA. Our team holds them accountable.

- Direct contact with your virtual assistant by email and Google Chat.

- We will contact you directly to set up an onboarding call for delegation, where we set up your tasks with your team.

Agreement Terms: All communication and data exchanged between Elevated Remote Services and our clients is confidential. We guarantee our work and your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with work completed, contact us within one week and we will redo it as needed. Client will not solicit or do business with any staff of Expert Realtor Services, Inc. (doing business as Elevated Remote Services, "ERS") for two years from Client's last payment. If Client solicits or does business with any ERS staff within that period, a fee of $20,000 is due immediately from Client.

Price: Client chooses a subscription level based on expected monthly hours. The subscription is auto-drafted at the beginning of each month. Additional hours used in a month are charged manually to the card on file at the end of that month. If ERS team members change, we re-train and acclimate the new member to your systems.

Payment Terms: We provide services via a monthly subscription, paid in advance by ACH debit through Stripe. Our goal is to keep working with a client as their team grows.

Cancellation Terms: You may cancel at any time. Notify your VA and Team Lead that you would like to pause or cancel your subscription. No refunds are given for a month that has already been paid.
