TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Tasks completed by your team will be monitored and billed at an hourly rate of $15.00. The charges will be applied to the card on file for a total of 80 hours per month.
- Our VA team will be prepared to complete the necessary hours for you each month, so there is no carry over of hours monthly.
- If there is an excess of 80 hours in a given month, you will be billed accordingly for the additional hours.
- This does not cover expenses for platforms, ad spend, software, or any other extra marketing costs. It solely encompasses hourly manpower services.
- We are proud of our standards of holding your Virtual Assistants to a 99% Accuracy rate. A portion of your payment for monthly hours will be applied to Account Management and Quality Assurance of your Team and Virtual Assistant. This way, you do not need to double check work or manage and train your VA; our Team will hold them accountable!
- Direct Contact via Email & Hangouts with your personal assistant.
- We will be in contact directly to set up an Onboarding Call, to set up our tasks directly with your team. We will ask about your current systems and tracking, to take over for you.
Agreement Terms: All communication and data exchanged between Elevated Remote Services and our clients is confidential. We guarantee our work and your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied by work completed, please contact us within one week and we will redo work as needed. Client will not solicit or do any business with any Elevated Remote Services staff for a period of two years from last payment. Both Client and Elevated Remote Services agree that if Client were to solicit or do any business with an Elevated Remote Service Staff within the period of 2 years, there is a fee of $20,000 due immediately from client.
Price: Client will choose a Subscription Level based on their expected number of hours (production). That subscription will be auto-drafted at the beginning of each month. If additional hours are used in a month, those extra hours will be manually charged to the card on file at the end of the month.
If ERS Team Members change, we will re-train and acclimate the new member to your systems.
Payment Terms: We provide services via a monthly subscription service, with payment in advance, via ACH debit through Stripe. Our goal is to continue to work with a Client as their team continues to grow.
Cancellation Terms: You can cancel at any time. By logging into your Kajabi portal, you can cancel your subscription for the upcoming month. No refunds will be given for a month that has already been paid.
