ISA DEPARTMENT
Our ISA Department is trained on scripts to create qualified nurtures via Circle Prospecting, Database Leads, or any leads utilized in your business. With our training, scripts we clarify with you, and internal management, the goal of our our ISAs is to generate 5-10 Qualified Nurtures per week.
Welcome to Expert Realtor Services’ Inside Sales Department! Our ISA Team thrives when working on Circle Prospecting or Database leads, developing Qualified Nurtures. This is where our training is focused, and these qualified nurtures will require follow up from your Team Members, to turn into appointments and sales! The ROI we strive to provide is an 8X return. It will take 6 months to see the amount of mets and clients needed and 9 months of nurturing to take traction and ROI pay off.
Goals of Your ISA:
500 Minimum Dials per day
5 to 10 Nurtures Per Week
With an average of 1-2 nurtures per day (5-10/week), the average nurture to close % that we see, with proper followup, is 5%. With 1 ISA for a full year, our goal is 13-26 closings from that ISA. This will produce, on a nationwide average, up to $180,000 in revenue!
Please note it will be your responsibility to provide us with lead lists from a database, access to Cole Realty, RedX, or similar systems. We will ask for lists whenever needed, and it is crucial that those lists are provided as quickly as possible for us to call. Any delay in receiving lists will not be held against the ISA or ERS.
Nurture Defined
- The Lead Has Defined Motivation To Sell Or Buy – "What is the main reason you are thinking about making a move?"
- The Leads Timeframe is Within 12 Months - "What's impacting your timeframe with making a move?"
- The lead has confirmed that they want you to follow up - "When would be the best time to call you back when you're going to be more ready to make the move?"
- The Lead is Willing To Meet With Us - "When we call you back around that time, would you be willing to give us the opportunity to earn the business to work with you in helping buy/sell?"
- Is the Lead willing to give us their contact information? "I want to go ahead and send you my contact info so you can reach out whenever you want to. What’s the best email I can send that to?"
Please note your ISA is allowed 10 Paid days off each year. Notice will be given, based on your approval. Also note a learning curve is to be expected in the first week or two of learning your systems, location and business. Nurtures will pick up in the first few weeks!
