Prospecting Scorecard
The first step of your Contract Lifecycle begins with prospecting. We are here to help your agents PROSPECT through your own lead sources and your calling systems, making calls easy and efficient for all agents on the team to have opportunities. Using our PROSPECTING SCORECARD, you will be able to track whether leads are being called enough to satisfy your requirements, and we'll make it easy to call!
Daily Lead Audit
Next, we need to confirm that every incoming lead is treated correctly. We will ensure all incoming leads are acted upon with our DAILY LEAD AUDIT, to track each lead and whether your required actions were taken. We'll work with your team to understand necessary actions on each lead to ensure appointments from them.
Sales Scorecard
As leads are converted to appointments, we will track the entire process from Set-Met-Signed with our LIST OF OPPORTUNITIES and SALES SCORECARD. We have individual scorecards to help your agents see their conversions, and the Sales Scorecard will show you Team Statistics in terms of weeks, months and quarters.
Weekly Scorecard
If an appointment is not immediately set, our WEEKLY SCORECARD will track everything about your agents' CRM, including followup calls, hashtags/groups, home alerts - we will even help track time blocked calendars, role play sessions, and meeting prep forms!
CTE - Commitment to Excellence
For every piece of business completed - buyer agencies, listing agreements, contracts written, price/commission changes, etc. our team will track every update in your tracking system, CTE. We will work with your team to understand your current methods and take over all data entry!
