Our Accountability Department is trained on multiple scorecards that will be set up specifically for your Team! These scorecards track everything from Set-Met-Signed numbers, Weekly CRM activity, to Daily Lead Management.
Accountability via Virtual Assistants
Agent Weekly Scorecard
- Track Management of your agents’ CRM accounts, see how Appointments & Nurtures are being handled, and Track Daily Habits on each Agent's Weekly Scorecard.
Tracker Daily Management
- CTE/SISU/Google Sheets will be updated 2x per day for the most accurate data, daily!
Management Nurtures Team Accounts and Fishing Ponds
- Confirming Home Alerts are Active, Hashtags applied, LPMAMA notes, Follow up calls set, etc. for all Fishing Pond leads and Nurtures.
Appointment and Nurture Evaluation
- We will listen to Call Recordings and complete an Evaluation Form for each Nurture and Appointment set.
Prospecting Scorecard and MOJO Call List Management
- We will upload leads on a daily basis from all of your lead sources to a Dialer.
- We will then track how often these leads are being called, per your requirements.
Lead Entry
- Report of all new Leads & Lead Sources on a daily basis.
- Lead Set to Signed email report sent on daily basis.
Daily Lead Audit
- Report of actions taken on all new leads by Agents, per your Team Requirements.
Sales Scorecard
- Tracking results of Set Appointments for all Agents and ISAs, with any extra tracking as requested (i.e. location of appointment, days from Set to Met).
Any Extra Accountability as Necessary
- Anywhere you are hoping to improve or see data clearly can be researched by us and submitted (i.e. hours on agents calendar for prospecting, etc.)
